KAKs are predefined POIs with super powers. Whoever installs this list of mountain passes in Western Europe makes the hard-working Chinese super curve expert KAKIMOTO a little smarter. Thanks to the superpowers of these POIs, planning exciting routes in the mountain ranges of Europe becomes child’s play.

After downloading the associated ZIP archive, it must be unpacked in a directory on the local hard drive. After that, the contained KAKs can be imported via the KAKIMOTO options. To do this, select Make me smarter… and then Import more KAKs. The POI import dialog opens. Here you can freely specify a POI type and a POI category. The default POI type is KAKIMOTO, the default POI category is PassRoads.

In order for the hard-working KAKIMOTO to find the new KAKs, the POI type used must be selected in the KAKIMOTO options.
